1. Agreement

By placing an order with Leather Aura, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A contract between us is formed once full payment has been received and your order has been confirmed via email.

2. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Product availability issues
Errors in pricing or product information
Delivery limitations
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email and refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before order processing begins. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Custom Orders (Important)

All custom items are made according to customer specifications.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started
Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect
Customers must review and approve design details before production
5. Order Modification / Cancellation
Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of placement by contacting us at:

After this period, production may begin and changes may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within a limited period if unused and in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are processed after product inspection
Custom-made belts are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.

7. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on customization and location.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. Once delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify customer information and may use third-party services to prevent fraudulent transactions. All information is handled securely.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leather Aura shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply disruptions, or technical issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
